What We Do
We know the struggles of a student learning about the human body, both as a student and a teacher. World of Medics is here to simplify the process to help with both the understanding and memorisation of the complexities of the human body.
World of Medics focuses on teaching the basic medical sciences in a way that can be easily understood. This allows our students to gain an understanding of the main concepts underlying how the human body works and the principles behind the science of medicine allowsing for a higher retention of information and improved understanding of the main concepts.

Who We Are
World of Medics was founded by Dr Haseeb Hamid, a doctor working in Scotland. Whilst teaching medical students he found that many medical students had a poor understanding of the principles behind how the human body works and what happens when these mechanisms go wrong. This, in turn, made it difficult for medical students to grasp a good understanding of the foundations behind clinical conditions.
To address the need for a simple way for medical students to learn the fundamentals of the human body, World of Medics was born.
